Pooja Handa To Leave CP24 Breakfast
Co-Anchor Jennifer Hsiung to Take Over

Two weeks after Pooja Handa announced she was leaving CP24 Breakfast for another opportunity, Gurdeep Ahluwalia has announced that co-anchor Jennifer Hsiung will be taking over the role.
Hsiung has been with CP24 since 2016, and co-anchors CP24 Live at Noon with Nick. She is also a regular fill-in anchor on CP24 Breakfast.
In a statement, Ahluwalia said that Hsiung is "a talented and experienced journalist with a deep understanding of the Toronto and GTA communities." He also said that she is "a natural leader who will bring a fresh perspective to CP24 Breakfast."
Hsiung said that she is "honored and excited" to take on the role of co-anchor of CP24 Breakfast. She said that she is "looking forward to working with the team to continue to deliver the best possible news coverage to our viewers."
Pooja's departure was announced during her final show on Friday.
